Please read these terms before placing an order. They protect both the client and the artist.

General conditions
- By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
- All personal information will remain private and confidential.
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if I am not comfortable with the request, in case of poor communication, inappropriate behavior or abuse. Any payment will be refunded in this case.
- I reserve the right to adjust prices based on complexity. However, any agreed-upon price will not be changed.
Payment
- Payment accepted via PayPal only.
- Full payment required before work begins.
- For illustrations over 300€, a deposit of 50% is required.
- If payment is not received within 14 days, the request will be automatically cancelled.
Refunds
- A full refund is only possible if work on the sketch has not yet begun.
- If the commission is cancelled after the sketch phase, the refund amount will be based on the portion of work completed.
Revisions
- Revisions are free.
- Up to 5 revisions during the sketch phase.
- Up to 3 minor revisions accepted during the render phase (unless changes are due to an error on my part).
- But beyond 3 revisions, additional fees will apply.
Deadlines
- As I am not a full-time freelancer, deadlines may vary depending on personal circumstances.
- Commissions generally take between 1 week and 1 month, depending on availability and complexity.
- I will keep you regularly informed by email or social media.
- If you need a commission by a specific date, please let me know in advance. Rush requests may include additional fees of 50%.
- Once completed, the commission will be sent by email (with and without background depending on the commission type).
Usage rights and intellectual property
- I retain all rights to the work, including its use and distribution, unless otherwise agreed.
- By ordering, you acknowledge that this purchase does not include a physical product.
- I reserve the right to display commissioned works on my websites and in my portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality (special cases like gifts).
You may:
- Use the work for personal purposes (wallpapers, icons, personal display)
- Repost the work online with credit to the artist
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Use my drawings to train AI
- Use my drawings for NFTs, crypto or blockchain
- Resell my drawings
